How to compare it between universities
The core papers will be near-identical wherever you go. Compare programmes on this part: how many specialisation papers there are, what they are called, and when the syllabus was last revised.
An autonomous institute usually revises faster than a university, because it controls its own curriculum rather than routing changes through a board of studies.
A caution on the newest streams
Analytics and systems date fastest. A five-year-old analytics syllabus is a genuinely different product from a current one, and the difference will not be visible in the brochure.
