- The award is a diploma, not a degree. UGC-DEB entitlement does not apply.
- Syllabus is usually the most current of any route.
- For government recruitment or a PhD, check AIU equivalence for that exact programme first.
- For private-sector hiring, the institute’s own standing matters more than the award type.
What it does not tell you
The register records that this institution exists and what category it is in. It says nothing about whether an online MBA is currently offered here, what it costs, how it is taught, or what the outcomes are. We do not rank institutions on those things because we cannot verify them at this scale.
The three checks, in order
- Is the programme running this session? Ask the institution directly.
- Is it entitled for the mode? Ask for the UGC-DEB entitlement letter naming the programme, the mode and your intake year.
- What is the total fee? In writing, from admission to certificate, not per semester.
Standing is settled. The rest is not. This tier answers the question of who awards and under what authority. It does not answer whether the teaching is good, and no honest source will tell you that without data.
